The pleasure of putting a website live
After a couple of weeks of testing and tweaking, the JK Event Management website is now live. It's a nice feeling getting a product out there for people to actually use. After all the hard work preparing and building, it's now appearing in Google so people can find it and look at it.
It's been fun finding out about the event management business. That's one of the things I really enjoy about my work - speaking to people about what they do for a living and expressing their passion through their website. It's very rewarding.
This week is going to be busy - tomorrow I hope to have a short piece in the Northern Echo business supplement (very exciting!), and on Friday we will hear if we have won the tender for a large piece of work with a new customer.
